Here’s the outline of what remains:

Part 2: SET
On Monday, September 12th, we’ll be working with Rick on a multi-course, pickle-centric feast. More details will be announced shortly.

Part 3: PICKLE
To wrap things up, we’ll host an intensive pickling workshop with Rick and Justin on Monday, October 3rd at 7:00 PM.   Participants will help Rick make three different pickles at Beer Table, and Justin will pour three beers during the class. Seats are limited to 12, cost $45, and can be reserved by e-mailing events@beertable.com.
